Dismissal during school hours is discouraged; instructional time continues until the end of the school day at 3:30 p.m. and 2:30 pm on Wednesdays Parents, it would greatly be appreciated if students are not signed out during the last 30 minutes of the school day due to the importance of not interrupting the learning that is taking place in the classroom. Students are signed out through the office only to the parent or an authorized adult on the registration card or written note.
- Telephone requests for students to leave school are not permitted.
- Students are not allowed to walk home during the school day.
- For the safety of all students, identification is required when signing a child out of school.

Procedures:
CAR RIDERS: All car riders are to report to the cafeteria and wait for their names to be called. They will then be dismissed to go to the car pick-up area to meet their parents. Parents are to have their sign displaying their students name posted in their car upon arrival.
BUS RIDERS: A student is not allowed to ride a bus unless he/she is an assigned bus student. Questions about bus transportation and rules can be directed to Transportation Services at 407-317-3800.
BICYCLES: All bicycles will be walked while on school grounds. All bike riders must wear a helmet. All bicycles must be locked to the bike rack during the day.
ANY CHANGES TO THE WAY A CHILD IS TO GO HOME MUST BE MADE IN WRITING FROM THE PARENT.
